Famasi Launches a New Onboarding Flow for Easy Checkout

On the 9th of February, 2021, Famasi's promise to provide a humanised healthcare experience went live. It's been a tremendous journey since then, and the trust we've received is hugely humbling.

But this is just the beginning. For us to fulfill our promise better, we launched our Web App in November to make managing your medications even easier; you can track your orders, manage your subscriptions, and speak with a Care Specialist — all in one place.

While there's been a lot of success with that, we've taken many back seats and listened to feedback on the best ways to serve you better. Famasi is driven by these 3 core principles in our approach to healthcare:

• Easy Access
• Convenience
• Ongoing Support

To ensure we don't falter on our promise, we're thrilled to announce our new onboarding flow. It's better and more seamless but most importantly, it's for you.

With this new flow, you can:

• View all Wellness Plans with their prices
• Sign up to get a package for someone else & provide their details
• Checkout as a "Guest" without signing up or creating an account

We're well aware that building never stops, but we believe that this is a better way for you to experience Famasi, especially to the extent that we want to serve you and your health needs.

Now, you can do all the following:

(1) See what you're paying for before checkout:

With the new flow, you can see the different prices, compare price packages and see the package content to know what you're paying for.

(2) Gift a loved one a wellness or care package:

For those who already have their Famasi accounts, you can now send your family and friends a wellness or care box without any limitation. You can make multiple orders at the same time and all you have to do is tell us their respective locations for delivery.

If you don't have a Famasi account yet, don't fret! You're not left out either as the next one is for you.

(3) Make a purchase without creating an account:

Not ready to create an account at the moment? No worries! You can order a Wellness package for you or your loved ones and it'll be delivered to you anywhere you are. Just checkout as a "Guest" and provide the required details for delivery.

Note: This doesn't apply to Care Packages as conditions vary from person to person. For example, Diabetes is of 3 types and Ulcer has different levels. Therefore, Care Packages demand extra personalisation in curating the boxes. Although you can gift a Care Package too, you'll need to create an account on the Web App first to allow us personalise the box as required.
